A welcome from your OAUG COLLABORATE 09 Exhibit Manager, Erick Harrell:

We’ve come full circle and now it’s time to explore how the OAUG can be your partner for another successful year! As your new Exhibit Manager, I am excited to announce that the OAUG tradeshow team is gearing up for COLLABORATE 09: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community, to be held in Orlando, Florida from May 3-7, 2009. Given the success of last year’s conference, I’m sure you’re looking forward to this as much as I am.

In this issue of the newsletter, you’ll find information about the COLLABORATE 08 survey results, COLLABORATE 09 Exhibitor Showcase, important dates for 2009 and more! We have some very new and exciting things on the horizon, so pay close attention to future Exhibitor Newsletters. Also, we will soon kick off Exhibit and Sponsorship sales for COLLABORATE 09, so keep an eye out for the OAUG Exhibitor Prospectus arriving in the next few weeks!

The site for this year will be the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, May 3-7, 2009. The OCCC is located in the heart of beautiful Orlando, minutes away from the exciting theme park attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

The OAUG tradeshow team took a trip to Orlando in May to visit the Orange County Convention Center. We were thrilled with the amount of space we’ll have to offer our exhibitors and attendees. To get you more acquainted with the space, check out some of our photos:

In the Know: Your Voice is Heard

The OAUG exhibitor tradeshow team listened closely to your opinions from the COLLABORATE 08 exhibitor survey and made changes that will better help exhibit at COLLABORATE 09; such as increasing the show floor hours and increasing your install/dismantle hours. These new updates were created so that you can maximize your exposure to conference attendees.

OAUG Rewards° is an OAUG Associate member incentive program that rewards your company with points for participating with OAUG in a membership, association and exhibiting capacity.
