Tony Reed Presents: Finding the I in TEAM

In this session, you’ll learn the skills to help you achieve difficult goals; whether it’s to obtain a professional certification or implement a multi-million dollar, global IT system. The same techniques, which were used to conquer some of the world’s toughest 26.2-mile marathons, were also applied to implement projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.
The skills and agility used to navigate through the rocky, slippery, and uneven Great Wall’s 3,600 steps were applied to managing a 3,600-task project plan. Likewise, the same preparation for addressing the unpredictable, sub-freezing Antarctica weather was applied to reducing and managing stress during major projects.
Anthony Reed has over 30 years of IT experience, including 20 in project management and executive positions. His area of expertise has been analyzing and implementing multi-million dollar, international ERP, CRM, and manufacturing applications for some of the DFW’s largest Fortune 500 companies. He’s also worked for a Big 4 CPA firm’s management advisory division. He’s been featured in business, IT, travel, and sports publications, including the Dallas Morning News, Runner’s World, and the Journal of Accountancy.
2009 Wellness Program
Let’s get physical! To assist, the OAUG has designed this program to supply the health-conscious attendee with guidelines on how to eat right, exercise, stay healthy and get the most out of the conference experience. A week away from a local gym shouldn’t deter your workout regime, and believe it or not conference food can be healthy. So lets get physical, every morning, with workout sessions held Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. at the front entrance of the convention center. Registration for the morning workout sessions is limited to the first 30 attendees for each day. Please contact speakerprograms@oaug.com to reserve your spot for the morning workout sessions. The Sunday Wellness Session is open to all OAUG attendees.
The Wellness Program will be facilitated by Orlando-area trainer Max Hoyt of F.I.R.M. Fitness Camp. Max has helped hundreds of people lose thousands of pounds through his FIRM Fitness Camps. Learn more about Max’s Fitness camp and see what you can expect when you meet him in Orlando.
